In her role as Senior Vice President of Customer Experience, Jessica Deaguero is responsible for overseeing all client-facing departments of PeopleStrategy to include: Customer Service, Implementation and Consulting.
With over 12 years of management and leadership experience, Jessica excels at developing strong corporate discipline through the use of project development, project management, change management, project implementation, and efficiency analysis within the HRMS and Information Technology fields. She is skilled in project estimating, planning, risk & issue management, scope management, gap analysis, training delivery, test planning, and resource scheduling.
Prior to joining PeopleStrategy, Jessica’s professional experience included a wide variety of consulting positions within successful Human Capital Management companies including, Kronos, Ceridian, Genesys Software, Salary.com, and KPMG Consulting.
