David Fiacco, who has been a key member of the PeopleStrategy executive team, will oversee this initiative.

PeopleStrategy provides channel partners the ability to connect their employer clients with an established HR technology provider that offers a single platform to automate recruiting and onboarding, HR, payroll, benefits, time and attendance and talent processes through self-service, configurable workflows and mobile access. PeopleStrategy eHCM also benefits employers by storing all employee data in a central location, which provides access to real-time people analytics to guide more strategic and aligned business decisions.

As part of this strategy, PeopleStrategy has developed a Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) offering to support a broker’s back office needs via a centralized customer relationship management (CRM) console originally developed for internal use. The console includes tools to help the broker manage the book of business using PeopleStrategy eHCM.
This strategy does not impact the company’s ability to market and sell directly to employers. It will continue to pursue new business through the direct channel, focusing on employers in the small and mid-market.
